About these terms
These terms apply to your use of farmerbloc.com and the Farmer Bloc early access list. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What early access is
Farmer Bloc is not open for purchases yet. Signing up puts you on an early access list. It does not create an order, a membership, a contract to buy anything, or any obligation for you or for us. There is no cost to farmers to sign up.
Example pools are not offers
The pool board on our home page shows example pools for illustration only. The products, volumes, regions, and timing shown are not live offers, prices, or commitments from any vendor, and no vendor shown or implied has agreed to participate.
Future pools
When pools open, each pool will show its price, terms, deadline, and delivery details before you commit, and joining a pool will be subject to additional terms that you will see and accept at that time. You are never committed to a purchase until you accept those terms for a specific pool.
Fees
Farmers do not pay Farmer Bloc a fee. The vendor that fills a pool pays Farmer Bloc a fee, currently 1% of the pool total, and that fee will be shown on every pool.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Farmer Bloc is opening in Iowa first. You may sign up from anywhere, but pools may not be available in your area.
Pricing information you submit
If you share prices you have paid, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and give us permission to use it in combined, anonymous form, for example to calculate a regional median price. We will not publish it in any way that identifies you.
Referral links
You may share your personal referral link with others. Referral links are for tracking signups only and do not currently earn rewards unless we announce otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, sign up other people without their permission, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with the site, or use automated tools to submit forms or collect data from the site.
Our content
The Farmer Bloc name, logo, site design, and content belong to Farmer Bloc. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that pools will open in your area, that any particular price or savings will be available, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Farmer Bloc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the early access list. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and notify people on our list by email.
